This class is the prefect combination of strength and flexibility training. There will be 20 minutes of challenging every muscle in your body followed by a 10-minute-deep stretch to enhance recover and maximize your workout.

It’s time for the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign!

Celebrating 29 Years of Giving and Volunteerism! The Commonwealth of Virginia (CVC) is the only annual workplace giving program for the Commonwealth’s workforce and provides employees with a selection of approximately 700 carefully screened charities you can support. The campaign will run from October 7 until December 31. All monetary donations donated through the CVC are 100% tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You can give by credit card (until December 31) or payroll deduction (until December 15). VCU Human Resources is offering four free flu shot clinics for VCU employees from mid-september to mid-October on both campuses. Appointments can be made through our appointment scheduler, but walk-ins are welcome. Visit the website for times, locations, and all the details. Stay healthy. Protect your community.
