VCU RamStrong Well-being blog

Giving VCU employees the wellness resources they need to be healthy both on and off campus

September is full of opportunities to support your well-being! From meditation and movement to nutrition, communication, financial well-being, and retirement planning, there is something for everyone this month.

And as we head into fall, flu clinics are also starting in September! Flu clinic dates are listed on the website here. Be sure to watch for additional information from Walgreens with the sign up form and digital information, so you can plan to get your flu vaccine. As soon as we receive the sign up information we will get it on the website.

All Employee Well-Being programs are free to attend, and most are virtual. Register in Talent@VCU to receive the session links.
