Summer has a way of making healthy habits feel less like discipline and more like just… what you’re doing anyway. You’re walking around a festival, relaxing by a pool or on a back porch, eating strawberries that actually taste like strawberries. The season does some of the work for you. It’s also a natural halfway point to check in on the health goals you set back in January and reset or recommit if you need to. We rounded up some healthy summer activities worth trying out.
