Wednesday, September 3rd – 12 pm
Deep Stretch
(Presented by VCU HR and VCU Recreation & Well-Being)
This is a 30-minute practice focused on active stretching of muscles and opening of connective tissue. Release built up tension, prevent injury, increase blood flow to muscles, and increase long-term flexibility. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed as you head into the new school year. No equipment requirements though a yoga mat is recommended.

Manage Unexpected Events and Expenses

Learn how to assess spending and take control of your budget. Consider reasons for taking money from a workplace savings plan and understand ways that Fidelity may help.
