Self-care is shown through the ways in which we choose to love ourselves, make time for our needs, relax, and refresh our minds. Figuring out what we like and making them a part of our daily lives is essential. Self-care can include: meditation, spending time in nature, being surrounded by family and friends, adopting new hobbies, and simply doing things that make us feel good.
