Take a brain break to relax and move your body. This 30-minute class will help you practice noticing and releasing tension with gentle movement and stretching that can be done at your desk. This mindful movement class is suitable for all levels of practice.

Are you ready to be in your own home? Are you thinking about selling your home? Wondering what’s going on in today’s Richmond housing market? Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for 4 rounds of each exercise.
