Sleep and rest are not the same thing, and sleep doesn’t provide all of the different kinds of rest we need. A new way to think about what we need is to break our rest needs into 7 categories: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, sensory, and creative. Learn unique activities to help reduce the rest deficit.
