Yogic Breathing

(Presented by VCU HR)

Join Stephanie Lee in this beginner class where we will begin to unpack how the science of yogic breathing trains the mind while radically improving our ability to collect, store, regular and use the energy we receive through the air we breathe. Exploring Pranayama breathing is a tool for self-regulation that can slow the heart rate, decrease cardiopulmonary stress, slow metabolic activity, and much more!

Kickboxing Circuits

This full-body circuit training takes the basics martial arts and adds the fun. You’ll be punching and kicking your way through 30 minutes of strength and cardio. At the end of it all you’ll walk away ready to tackle the day.
