In this fusion between cardio barre and Pilates, you’ll start standing and work on getting that heart rate up, then you’ll move to the floor to focus on tightening and toning your glutes and core.

Get answers to your questions about Public Service Loan Forgiveness. In this session details of PSLF, including qualifying repayment plans, employer certification, and implications of the CARES act will be reviewed. Make sure you’re on track to have your student loans forgiven.

Yoga Cardio Sculpt

Flow through a series of exercises that are bound to leave you breathless in this quick 20 minute workout. You’ll connect breath to movement and work through short bursts of cardio to torch major calories.

Tuesday, June 28th – 12 pm

Bodyweight Blast

(Presented by VCU HR and VCU Recreation & Well-Being)

This 30 minute bodyweight workout is perfect for beginner/intermediate exercises, or as an active recovery routine. You’ll start with a set of core exercises, then alternate between lower-impact agility drills and more core work. Then, stack them together for one final circuit to fire up your core and metabolism!
