THIS SESSION IS OFFERED BOTH IN-PERSON (on the MCV Campus) AND VIRTUAL. THE IN-PERSON SESSION WILL HAVE LUNCH PROVIDED FOR REGISTERED INDIVIDUALS.

Topics will include the RVA Housing Market Update, Preparing to buy or sell a home, marketing your home, the process from contract to close, financing and the rewards of the VCU “Moving with the Ram” discount program.

Deep Stretch with Jess

(Presented by VCU HR and VCU Recreation & Well-Being)

A slower 30-minute practice focused on active stretching of muscles and opening of connective tissue. Release built up tension, prevent injury, increase blood flow to muscles, and increase long-term flexibility. No equipment requirements, though a yoga mat is recommended.
