Generally speaking, when you think about fresh fruits and vegetables, images of spring and summer Farmer’s Markets and backyard gardens come to mind.  Just because the weather is chilly and snow may be falling doesn’t mean that we are left with less than average produce choices.  Click on the link below for a wonderful resource of fruits and vegetables that are in season during the winter months.
