Take a break from the news, social media, and class assignments or telework responsibilities to find a moment of quiet reflection in the middle of your day with our guided meditation. In a time of chaos and uncertainty, our 30-minute guided meditation will provide a sense of calm, peace, and balance, while improving attention, focus, and ability to work through stressful circumstances, the perfect way to take a moment for yourself!
