Join us on Tuesday, July 28 – 12 pm for Mindfulness Meditation with Chelsea (Presented by VCU HR and VCU Recreational Sports)

Take a break from email notifications, meetings, and your to-do list to find a moment of quiet reflection in the middle of your day with our mindfulness meditation. Open to all and no previous meditation experience necessary, our mindfulness meditation will provide a sense of calm, peace, and balance, while improving attention, focus, and ability to work through stressful circumstances.
