Practicing Body Positivity in the Workplace

In this workshop, we’ll discuss how to navigate body positive conversations with your colleagues, and how you can create a positive environment around weight and body image. Topics around food, exercise, and our bodies in general may be triggering to those with current and past issues with body and self acceptance. You’ll not only learn how to support those around you, but also how you can create a positive narrative of your own body image.
