Did you know….about the leave calculator?
As an employment benefit, leave provides a means for employees to take approved time off from work for various reasons. Leave packages may vary slightly depending on your employee classification. If you have questions about your leave benefits, contact VCU Human Resources Leave Administration office. See also paydays and holidays.
The VCU leave calculator now shows university employees a more detailed breakdown of their leave. If employees enter a hypothetical separation date, the calculator will show the total payable hours if the employee separates from the university on that date. It will also show the total hours to be used, if they wish to use the rest of their leave. If you have questions, contact leave@vcu.edu.
