This 30-minute virtual upper body circuit training is really going to challenge your muscles with moves designed to target your chest, back and arms. Option to add weights or just your body-weight.

Identify and Prioritize your Savings Goals

 (Presented by VCU HR and Fidelity)

We are all trying to save for something – like an emergency, car, home, or retirement. This workshop will help you start to think about the savings goals that are important to you, learn how to save for each goal, get next steps for saving, and understanding how you can achieve your goals.

Live with Confidence in Retirement: 5 Steps to Creating your Retirement Income Plan

Understanding how to create an income plan that helps maximize savings throughout retirement including how different services of income work, how to build your strategy for lifetime income, and what to consider when planning withdrawals from retirement assets, will all be discussed in this virtual webinar.
