Giving VCU employees the wellness resources they need to be healthy both on and off campus

Are you a caregiver to a spouse, friend, or loved one? As a caregiver, it’s important to take care of your health—this includes making time for yourself, eating healthy foods, and being active. • Exercise with a friend (you’ll get the added benefit of emotional support, too).
  • Set aside specific times and days of the week for physical activity.

Learn more about how you can take time for yourself and be physically active.
