n honor of Stress Awareness, join us for a few easy neck stretches designed to help relieve stress.  As we stretch, shift your attention away from anything that may be contributing to your stress and towards how the movements feel in your body today.  Further relax by also focusing on your breath as you stretch. 

These neck stretches can also help to relieve tension and pain that can sometimes build up in the neck and upper shoulder area when we experience stress.  They can be performed standing (as shown in the video) or seated.  Stretch along with the video and enjoy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6I5gd1Cu5eE
