Giving VCU employees the wellness resources they need to be healthy both on and off campus

VCU’s Recreation and Well-Being & HR Work Life Departments present Well-BINGO – a 5 week well-being themed incentive program designed to inspire adventure, compassion, creativity, movement, and learning.

On Monday, May 8, registrants will be emailed one of five (5) BINGO cards – each named after a street on Monroe Park and MCV Campuses. The BINGO card you are assigned will be the card that you use for the duration of the challenge.

Each week, just like in regular BINGO, participants will be challenged to complete a certain BINGO card pattern (we’ll call it “pattern-of-the-week”) for a chance to win prizes. Featured activities include opportunities to get outside, participate in HR Work Life programs, and try something new!

Completion of activities is self-directed and self-reported – on the honor system (no one will be double checking your BINGO card). Every Monday, participants will be sent a Google Form to report what activities they completed (forms are due the Wednesday of that week). If participants completed activities that match the pattern of the week, they will be entered into that week’s prize drawing (prize winners will be announced on Fridays).

Prizes have been provided by Recreation and Well-Being and include massage therapy sessions and RecWell memberships.

To register, complete this Google Form (https://forms.gle/feasmSuzkiZGMc4A9).
Registration opens on Tuesday, May 2 and will remain open until Monday, June 5 (for the final week of participation). The last day to report activities is Wednesday, June 14. Outside of the weekly prize drawings – which will occur every Friday starting Friday, May 19 – final prize winners will be announced on Friday, June 16.

***Register by 11:59 pm on Sunday, May 7 AND complete the first pattern-of-the-week to be entered in TWICE for that week’s prize drawing.***

BE WELL & THRIVE, VCU!
