The way you start your day can make a difference on how you feel and how it goes. If you are lacking energy or craving sweets, it may be due to the foods you chose for breakfast! But…who has time to have a healthy meal at that time in the morning? You do. There are many breakfasts that can be made in minutes—like eggs. Oatmeal can also be a great option, but there is so much sugar in the store-bought options. Baked oatmeal that you make on Sunday and portion out for the week can be prepped and baked in 30 minutes and heated up each day in just a minute (or even eaten cold).
