Life sometimes throws us some unexpected curves and it can be hard to see all of the good that we experience. By practicing gratitude, we have the ability to change the way we think about our lives. Gratitude is simply being grateful and thankful for the smallest things in life. Finding joy in those things helps to shift our focus to all that we have to be thankful for. Today let’s take some time to celebrate all of the good that we have going on no matter how small.
