Upcoming Virtual Employee Well-Being Programs

Many of our Well-Being Programs have been cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis but we have found many virtual well-being resources to address all of the RamStrong dimensions of well-being (Physical, Emotional Mental, Environmental, Financial, Occupational, Social, Intellectual, and Spiritual. Yoga with Sydney

Take a break from your work day to explore some basic and foundational yoga postures that are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Participants will be encouraged to move mindfully, connecting their movement to their breath. Participants can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Strength Training with Hannah

(Presented by VCU HR and VCU Recreational Sports)

Strengthen all of the major muscle groups in your body by participating in this Strength Training fitness class led by Hannah, VCU Rec Sports’ Group Exercise Coordinator! With a focus on high repetitions and lightweight, through the use of bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance bands, participants will be guided through a series of exercises targeting the chest, back, arms, legs, glutes, and core.
