Learn how to decode the verbal and behavioral messages delivered by someone with dementia, and identify strategies to help you connect and communicate at each stage of the disease.

Deep Stretch
(Presented by VCU HR and VCU Recreation & Well-Being)
This is a slower 30-minute practice focused on active stretching of muscles and opening of connective tissue. Release built up tension, prevent injury, increase blood flow to muscles, and increase long-term flexibility. No equipment requirements though a yoga mat is recommended.

There are so many questions regarding Social Security. When are you eligible to receive retirement benefits? How does early retirement affect your benefits? Do you quality for disability, survivors, and spouse benefits? What is the future of Social Security? When should you file for Medicare? Learn how to use my Social Security online account and other online service. In this session, Jackie Weisgarten from Social Security will answer these and other questions.
