Phishing Scams and Schemes Unveiled

The following is a phishing email posing as VCUHealth and is asking for usernames and passwords as well as other personal information. The scammer is posing as a security alert, that someone has accessed your account, and will need your username and password to confirm your ID, so that you can gain back access to the account.

Please note that the email address is not from VCUHealth. VCU and VCUHealth would never ask for your password. And the email is addressed very generically (vcuhealth.org user). All of these are signs of a scam. If you have received this email please delete and ignore it.
