Phishing Scams and Schemes Unveiled

Beginning around the start of February. The scammer is impersonating Professor Diane Jennings eid dbjennings and offering paychecks weekly. Please note that this is a malicious email scam designed to have the victims deposit fraudulent checks, and/or request the victims to send gift cards. Please delete this email and do not click on any links in the email, do not send any gift cards and do not cash any checks.

We also advise to cease any further communications with the scammer via email or other means like text messaging. These scammers will use any information you can provide to utilize for other scams in the future.
