PSA- Job Offer Scams on the Rise
Please be on the alert for unsolicited job offers. With the upcoming break, we are anticipating that there will be more of these fake job offers targeting students home from the break.
We’ve had reports of one from rbobsonn@gmail.com, offering a part time role. Please notice that the random capitalization in the email, the non business email address, the unprofessional “You interested?”, the lack of a job description and not requesting a resume are all signs of a scam. Please take the time to closely examine any job offer emails for signs of a scam.
