Tour guides for NEO
The VCU HR office of Learning, Development and Organizational Culture is searching for VCU employees who are interested in serving as a tour guide during New Employee Orientation. Employee tour guides must have a working knowledge of facilities on both Monroe Park and MCV campuses and a passion to share their VCU experience with new employees. Complete the interest form by Friday, April 19 and we’ll contact you to set up a meeting. If you have questions, please contact Penny McFarline at mcfarlinep@vcu.edu.
VCU Employee Dashboard
We are pleased to announce the launch of the employee dashboard in VCU RealTime. The dashboard delivers real-time information for VCU employees at a quick glance. Features of the new dashboard include:

Hours worked reports

Leave balances for yourself and any direct reports

VCU Reporting Center
All HR associates should periodically review the list of users who have access to department HR Banner data. To access this list, login to the VCU Reporting Center, click “Personnel Administrators,” and click “Departmental Staff with HR Access” report. If you find users who no longer require access to department data, contact hrsecurity@vcu.edu to request access removal. Also under the “Personnel Administrators” folder, you’ll find the new “eID Lookup” report, which allows users to access eID information for any VCU employee using their vID.
