Dear Colleagues:

As you know, VCU Classified employees and University and Academic Professionals begin their first annual performance reviews in Talent@VCU this November. The annual performance review starts with employee self-reviews; employees and managers then work together to complete performance reviews, set goals and create career development plans for the upcoming year.

To prepare for the upcoming performance cycle, please collaborate with your leadership team and HR Professional to develop three to five strategic goals for your school or department that align with themes in VCU’s strategic plan Quest 2025: Together We Transform. These are the goals that employees in your area will use to align their individual goals with Quest. Please work with your HR Professional to submit your goals by October 26, 2018.
