Instant HR: VCU eJobs enhancements, revised forms
VCU eJobs enhancements coming soon
The VCU eJobs administrative landing page will be updated within the next couple of weeks. As an administrative user of the system, you will notice a few new features including:
- Access to all action items for all user groups available in your inbox without having to change user groups
- Inbox filter and sort features
- Depending on your user role, you may have access to widgets that provide a quick data view such as “how many postings were filled in the last 30 days.”
An advantage of the VCU eJobs cloud-based solution is that improvements like this can be made continuously. VCU Human Resources is currently updating VCU eJobs user guides to reflect these changes.
Revised Spot/Exceptional Recognition forms
Revised Exceptional Recognition Acknowledgement and Spot Award forms are posted to insidehr.vcu.edu/forms/. Please be sure to use the latest version of all forms and to update any forms you have saved locally.
These forms have been revised to address University and Academic Professionals, with increased annual award limits for these employees, as well as Wage employees. Additionally, Spot Awards now require that leave be used within two pay periods. As a reminder, Spot Leave is not payable upon separation.
