Dear Colleagues:
As members of the VCU community, we are committed to the highest ethical standards and employing safety and integrity in all of our business decisions and transactions. Compliance education and information security awareness training is required each year for all employees. This annual training helps ensure everyone is aware of the available tools and resources to meet the university’s expectations.

I am pleased to share that training is available this year in Talent@VCU. VCU’s staff and A&P faculty are already using Talent@VCU to set goals for the year as part of the performance management process. This new software also offers a learning management module for training, providing a “one stop shop” for faculty and staff to track their own career development and completion of required training.
Please complete the following modules by March 20, 2018:
· 2018 Integrity and Compliance Education
· Information Security Awareness

Log in at www.go.vcu.edu/talentatvcu and look for the modules in the transcript section at the bottom of the login page. All faculty and staff (including adjunct faculty and hourly employees) can access the training through Talent@VCU. Student workers, graduate assistants, and postdoctoral scholars can continue to access these trainings through Blackboard (they will receive a separate message).

Detailed instructions for how to log in, access, and complete the trainings can be found on the VCU Human Resources website. I am confident you will find the information in the modules useful and applicable to your role. If you have any issues accessing or completing the modules, please contact VCU Human Resources at talentadmin@vcu.edu.

Thank you for your commitment to a culture of integrity and compliance at VCU.

All my best,
Cathleen C. Burke
Assistant Vice President for Human Resources
