Tech Tuesday – January 31: Intiveo Chat and the new VCU SoD Tech Help Desk

Tip #1 – Be a PRO at Intiveo! Intiveo has a Chat feature that lets you manage your pool of patients, as well as see a log of all communications that patient received.

Selecting Chat takes you to the chat window where you will see a list of your patients starting with the ones that received communications most recently.

Clicking a patient’s name shows a communication log. You can text with your patient right there to remind them to confirm, assist them in canceling, or help them with directions.

Tip #2 – It’s new! It’s techy! It’s full of people that want to help you!
The new Help Desk is located in the basement of Lyons right near the elevators. Stop by for help or just to say hello and tell our Support Services team “thank you” for all they do.
