TechTuesday

A weekly tip email from your neighborhood Instructional Technology and eHR team.

Tip #1 – In a previous Tech Tuesday, we discussed labeling emails in Gmail. Today, here’s another decluttering tip for your inbox.

Selecting multiple emails and clicking the Archive button, moves them out of your inbox and into the Archive folder. Emails in this folder are still accessible under All Mail. This is a great organization tool for those emails that you want to keep, but you don’t need them filling up your inbox.

Tip #2 – VCU centrally supported classroom computers have the ability to wirelessly present from external devices. This can be very helpful if you do not have a hardwired method to present from an external device (our suggested method). Click here to learn more about this wirelessly casting. Our centrally supported classrooms include Lyons 424, 442, 443 and Perkinson 3105 and 3121.
