Tip #1 – Recently, we’ve had multiple requests about pdf editing. Fortunately, all VCU employees have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro. With this program, you can edit everything in your pdfs, including adding/editing links, images, formatting, page organization, and much more. You can also use this program to simply open and view pdfs. *You can also get access to the entire Adobe Cloud at a very discounted rate.*

Tip #2 – Sometimes, loading a website or logging into one can result in some kind of error. Incognito windows store nothing so it’s like you are signing in or accessing a website for the very first time. This is something we always test to help diagnose what is going on, and knowing how to do this is a very helpful tool. When browsing in Chrome, click the 3-dot menu in the top right next to your Chrome profile>”New Incognito Window.”
