Tech Tuesday – June 21: Tx History Color Codes in AxiUm and Examsoft Reports
TechTuesday
A weekly tip from your neighborhood Instructional Technology and eHR team.
Tip #1 – Colors, colors, everywhere, but what do they mean? AxiUm color-codes a lot of areas. We can get to the rest in future weeks, but for now, here is what the colors mean in Tx History
- Blue = a treatment has been planned or changed statuses and has NOT been approved
- Green = a treatment has been planned and approved
- Pink = a treatment is “In Process” and approved
- Black = a treatment has been completed and approved

this is the type of report you can see which shows how well your students did over multiple attempts

Tip #2 – Yes, Examsoft is a powerful, feature-rich tool for distributing exams and automatically grading, but it has many reporting features that can offer so Much MORE! Course directors, you may have seen the following email come your way after an exam.
“Examsoft Question Tagging: DENS 123 2022 Summer Exams” or something like that.
These emails instruct you to help our instructional technology team tag your exam questions so they correlate with your course objectives and the school-wide institutional competencies. Doing this will reward you with rich data to help direct your teaching. It requires a bit of initial work and again only when you change questions on your exams.
