Instant HR: ePAF updates
Dear Colleagues:
We are pleased to share that VCU HR developed two new ePAFs in order to improve efficiency.
The Work Study New-hire/Re-hire ePAF will be used to process a new work study position (HNW) or rehire a previous work study position (HRE). The Work Study Job Change ePAF will be used to move current employees to work study positions (HJB) and for work study job changes, such as change in duties or pay (CID). These new ePAFs will be available starting Monday, Aug. 5 and will replace the current paper PAFs used for work study actions.
HRIS and HR Operations will be conducting hands-on training sessions to walk through the work study hire, rehire and job change ePAF processes. Training will be held on Aug. 8, Aug. 9, Aug. 22 and Aug. 23 from 9 to 10 a.m. in the Technology Administration Building Computer Lab, located at 701 W. Broad Street, Room 108.
