Instant HR: Power outage Friday, June 14
Dear HR Colleagues:
Due to a power outage on Friday, June 14, VCU closed the Academic Learning Commons, Cabell Library, School of Engineering West, James Black Music Center, Moseley Building, and Temple Building at 2 p.m. Timekeepers should ensure that office closing leave is recorded for employees who work in these facilities.
UPDATE: The Division of Emergency Operations and Security provided an updated list of affected facilities from the June 14 power outage. The Academic Learning Commons, Cabell Library, James Black Music Center, and Moseley Building closed at 2 p.m on Friday, June 14. School of Engineering West and the Temple Building remained open.
