Instant HR: New workshop for managers

Dear HR Colleagues:

I’m pleased to announce that the Feedback and Ongoing Communication Workshop for managers is now open for registration in Talent@VCU. The VCU HR Office of Learning, Development, and Organizational Culture will host this two-part workshop designed to help managers learn best practices for communicating feedback to their employees within the context of the new performance management guidelines.

Part one is on June 13 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Part two is on June 24 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Both sessions will be located in the HR Training Room at 922 W. Grace St. on the Monroe Park Campus. Attendance on both days is required for successful completion. Please encourage managers in your area to take advantage of this opportunity.
