Instant HR: New career development tab in Talent@VCU
Dear HR Colleagues:
We are excited to share updates to the functionality in Talent@VCU. We’ve reviewed the feedback you’ve shared with us and have used it to guide improvements to the career development section of the software. You’ll now see a new “Career Development” tab, which will serve as a central location for employees and managers to access VCU career development resources. Hover over this tab and you’ll see the “Career Development Resources” page. Here, you’ll find career development training modules, downloadable planning worksheets and links to the career development plan, which is due Feb. 28.
