Working@VCU: Great Place job information available
Dear Colleagues:
Congratulations on being among the first University and Academic Professionals, VCU’s new employee group. The Working@VCU: Great Place HR Plan is designed to reward growth and learning, align our everyday work with the strategic mission of the university, and preserve what we appreciate most about state employment.
For specific information about how the new HR plan impacts you, please log in to my.vcu.edu and select HR Redesign under Resources. There you can learn more about where your job fits within the new university job family structure, as well as access a side-by-side comparison of the classified HR plan and the new HR plan.
Job families are groups of jobs related by similar work that represent a career path from entry-level jobs to senior executives. Your job assignment is based on your current job duties. Your current working title will not change as a result of moving into the new employee group.
