Tech Tuesday – October 3: Making icons on your Windows Desktop and Customize the Dentranet

Tip #1 – You may want to open some websites more quickly than others, so you can get right to shopping working. You could make Windows desktop icons to do this, and you don’t have to be a programmer to do it. You just need to read these weekly tech tips.
To do this in Chrome, click the 3-dots in the top right>More tools>Create shortcut. Change the name if desired and click Create.
Your desktop will now have an icon that takes you directly to that site!
Tip #2 – Have you realized that Dentranet can be customized?! Click “Layout” on the left to see a page where you can drag and drop to change the order of the sections on the main page.
