Your SoD IT team thrives on tickets. It’s not because we want you to have to click through more screens. It helps us keep track the process, inform the appropriate individuals, and use analytics to improve our organization.
As a reminder, you can submit a ticket at support.dentistry.vcu.edu, email [email protected], call 628-7444 or visit us at Lyons A-012.
*When tickets open, you will receive an email with details. You can respond to a ticket directly via that email. It is vital that you respond to tickets! They may automatically close if you do not.*
