Tech Tuesday – August 16: Reassign Appointments in AxiUm and Syncing Top Hat Grades with Canvas

Tip #1 –
“Hey, Dr. Idleman, I need to be out on Tuesday. Can you take my appointments?”
“Dr. Browder, absolutely! I will ask our stupendous scheduler to reassign those appointments.”
Don’t we love when colleagues help each other like this? Let’s help them with this request by learning how to reassign appointments.
- Right-click on the provider’s name in Scheduler OR right-click the individual appointment card. The former reassigns all appointments for that day; the latter, only the individual appointment.
- In the “To” area, enter the provider number of the one taking the appointments. Click Ok.
- You have a choice on the next box.
- You should see the individual appointment or all appointments moved to the new provider.
