Tech Tuesday – August 9: Rotation Schedule Explanation and Creating Content on Top Hat

Tip #1 – Time for some rotation explanation! If you frequent the Scheduler in axiUm, you will see some “new” rotations. Going forward, all student rotations are labeled IN_ROT [location] or EX_ROT [location], where IN_ROT refers to internal rotations and EX_ROT refers to external rotations and [location] will have the clinic (ENDO, Mechanicsville, ORSG, Bradley, etc).
If you manipulate these fields, please only select from the list, which appears after clicking the 3-dot ellipses.
Please do not free type in that field when adding rotations to block student schedules.
