Tech Tuesday – May 10: Attachments in axiUm and Course Recording in Echo360
TechTuesday
A weekly tip from your neighborhood Instructional Technology and eHR team.
Tip #1 – Ever wonder where those signed consents are stored? Look no further than Attachments – acessible in many areas within axiUm, including twice on the left navigation pane.

In axiUm, EHR – Attachments, you can find consents, signed treatment plans, patient statements and more. Under Section – look for the number to determine which section has stored documentation.

Tip #2 – Last time on “Everything Echoes”, we learned about our Library View, Courses View, and Course Recording View. We left off at that little green square on our Course Recording View, so let’s dive right back in!
Clicking on the green square on the right hand side of the video title will give you a list of options. The most commonly used are: view, edit video, and make available/unavailable.

View- This will show you what was recorded by the echo system.
Edit Video– This will allow you to make changes to the original video. If you want to keep a copy of the original video, make sure that you create a copy by clicking the Create Copy link under View.
Make Available/Unavailable– If the video is available for anyone to see with the link, the square will be green. If the video is Unavailable then the square will be gray.
Tune in next week to learn how you can use the Course Recording View to its full potential. Same Tech Time, Same Tech channel.
