Tech Tuesday – April 19: Change Users in axiUm and Security in Zoom

Tip #1 – For various reasons, you may sometimes need to change axiUm users on one machine. You could log completely out of the machine and login as the other user, but why take that route, which can take precious minutes, when you can use Switch User to do it in seconds? Under Tools along the top toolbar in axiUm, you have many useful items (try them all!). Clicking Switch User brings up a login window. Check New User and enter your Windows credentials to quickly log into axiUm as another user.
Tip #2 – Zoomland…..fun backgrounds, virtual meetings, sharing content. It can be a nice place to visit…..IF you know how to use all of those Zoom features. They can seem a bit daunting, so familiarize yourself with some of them. Follow this guide to better understand what that “Security” icon actually does in a Zoom meeting.
