Tech Tuesday – March 29: Macro Codes in Tx Planning and Mass Editing Dates in Canvas Assignments

Tip #1 – Inputting the same treatment codes for the same types of appointments repeatedly can take time. Using a feature called Macro codes, you can enter one code in Tx Planning and axiUm will populate all codes connected to it. This can be helpful with appointments that generally plan the same codes. If you would like to utilize Macro codes, contact us!
Tip #2 – When you need to adjust all assignment dates in Canvas, don’t do them one-by-one! On your Assignments page, you can use Edit Assignment Dates to batch edit all of those dates. This screen will let you quickly edit Due At, Available From, and Available Until, so you don’t have to click into each assignment. You can also select all of them and tell Canvas to shift or completely remove all dates.
