Accessing Blackboard from VCU Mobile
Recent back-end system changes caused the launching of the Learn module from within VCU Mobile to no longer work. This weekend an update to the iOS version of VCU Mobile was released that fixed the issue. So far, over 1,500 VCU Mobile customers have the updated version.
We expect an update for the Android version to be released very soon.
Update: On Sep 14th, the issues was resolved for the Android platform of VCU Mobile.
Update #2: In 5 days, 3,634 iOS devices have been updated with the latest version VCU Mobile
