Employee Tab added to myVCU portal
An Employee Tab has been added to the myVCU portal. In the initial release, the tab contains three gadgets, Leave Balances, Pay Stubs and Holiday Schedule. The Leave Balances and Pay Stubs gadgets pull the data directly from Banner while the Holiday Schedule pulls the data directly from the Human Resources web site.
A couple of new features are available in the portal version of the banner tabs. For Leave Balances, there is explanatory text for three particular types of leave, namely FMLA, Military Leave Annual Training and Military Leave Bank. For Pay Stubs, a print feature was added to allow folks to print their pay stub.
