Fingerprinting As we plan for the fall, we anticipate an increase in requests for fingerprints. Therefore, the VCU Police Department will provide fingerprinting services on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. starting July 1, 2016 through September 16, 2016.
