Enrollment for the Great Place: HR Redesign
Dear Colleagues,
We are now in the final week of the Great Place: HR Redesign enrollment period for Classified staff hired into positions posted before July 1, 2016. You still have time to explore the new HR plan.
For specific information about how the new HR plan could impact you, log into my.vcu.edu and select HR Redesign under Resources. Here you can learn more about where your job fits within the new university job family structure, access a side-by-side comparison of the Classified HR plan and the new HR plan, and enroll online.
You can also learn more by visiting the Great Place: HR Redesign website and FAQ, submitting a question or comment to hrredesign@vcu.edu, scheduling a one-on-one information session with someone in VCU Human Resources (available through March 30), or talking with your HR Professional. As a reminder, VCU is required to offer an enrollment opportunity every two years.
Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to make the decision that is best for you and your career. Enrollment is open until midnight on Saturday, March 31.
